How Business leaders today find themselves increasingly working in an international context, moving from one culture to another. It means being able to direct and inspire people across cultures. To do this successfully is not simple.
For instance: Italian managers need to be sensitive to the Japanese consensus-driven approach and courteous Asian leaders would need to adopt a more vigorous style in argumentative Holland. In this seminar we help business leaders unleash their intercultural potential by:
- analysing leadership styles in different cultures
- demonstrating how leadership qualities such as honesty, reliability, humility, courage
and passion are exhibited and understood differently across cultures
- identify the necessary behaviours and skills necessary for intercultural management
- explore strategies for managing international teams.
